Infrastructure Options for a Tourism Development on the Eastern Shore of the Dead Sea. Our team of experts prepared a comprehensive and detailed infrastructure options plan for a tourism development for Jordan Dubai Capital (JDC). The infrastructure options were able to save JDC more than 5 million JD by constructing a new water and wastewater treatment plants which could serve the tourism site and rejuvenate the whole area around it. Complete Business Plan for the Development of a Tourism Resort on the Eastern Shore of the Dead Sea (Zara Area). OSD is currently finalizing a complete business plan (including a demand study and a marketing study) for the development of a unique resort in the Dead Sea – Zara Area. The 145 million JD project includes the construction of a luxurious five stars hotel, a four stars hotel with Spa, five boutique hotels and more than 750 residential apartments of different styles and sizes. This new resort is expected to employ more than 800 people during its operational stage and more than 2300 people during the construction phases which will further help Jordan in reducing unemployment and poverty and will add another touristic spot on the map of Jordan. Business Plan and Market Study for Establishing a Ductile Cast Iron Pipes Factory in Jordan. This new factory will be a partnership between VonRoll (Switzerland) and Jordan Dubai Capital. The factory will produce Ductile cast iron pipes and fittings in many sizes and different specification which could be used for water and wastewater pipes and networks, Gas pipelines, Oil Pipelines and many other uses. The demand in the region is continuously increasing and this factory will be of great assist to Jordan and the region. Our experts are currently preparing the MOU between VonRoll and JDC for the establishment of this factory in addition to a complete business and market plan for this vital factory. Business Plan for the Establishment of a Cement Factory in Jordan. Our experts are currently researching and designing a business opportunity for AL-Manaseer Group for establishing a cement factory in Jordan. This cement factory is highly needed to cover the current demand in Jordan as well as the region. Currently, there is a large Demand in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Palestine and may other countries who are undergoing major infrastructure developments. The factories in Jordan and the region are not even covering a third of the current demand. Development of a Medium-Term UNCCD Implementation Strategy for Jordan (Desertification). Our experienced team is currently developing a Medium-Term UNCCD Implementation Strategy to enhance the enabling policy, legislative, institutional and incentive frameworks, broaden stakeholder participation and increase the coordination among national and external stakeholders and to construct a medium-term financing to address the root causes of desertification and drought in Jordan. The preparation of this study is being directly supervised by the UNCCD and the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation of Jordan. Proposal to enhance the capacity of the personnel of the Ministry of Water and electricity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The program will focus on: A. Institutional strengthening in the Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Water for issues of sustainable water supply and sanitation. B. Supporting the human resource skills development in the Ministry of Water through action-oriented training program. An additional goal will be to establish and strengthen collaborative training and research activities based upon a private sector partnership, by enhancing water activities and curriculum. |
