Our interests and expertise span all elements of sustainable development including the management of social, economic, and environmental factors. We provide consulting services to all three levels of government as well as a variety of industrial and sectorial associations. We prepare strategic plans, policy discussion papers and advisory documents which aid our clients in reaching effective decisions on complex and sensitive issues. OSD's ability to form a focal point by which management, staff, clients and stakeholders can engage in coordinated, issue- specific problem solving and collaborative consensus-building. OSD provides process engineering analysis of complex environmentally sensitive projects. We utilize our engineering analysis to form the basis for our environmental and sustainable development policy planning and development services.                       OSD is involved in infrastructure development, enterprise development, information and communications technologies, business development services, micro-finance, community participation, capacity building, training needs assessment, project formulation, planning and management. The provision of technical, advisory, design and project management services to all economic sector organizations achieve sustainable development with efficient management. Our work covers all our business sectors and ensures that environmental, managerial, financial, socioeconomic and engineering solutions are totally integrated. Our unit also offers a diverse range of professional services including quantity surveying, project management, risk management, investment planning and other management consultancy services.
